Business Development Training Program
(Skillbridge Program)
The EEC Solutions SkillBridge Business Development Program is a 24-week training experience designed to help transitioning service members gain practical knowledge of federal business development and capture activities.
Participants receive structured, mentor-led instruction and hands-on training in areas such as federal market research, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, capture planning, solicitation analysis, proposal support, customer engagement, and teaming.
The program concludes with practical assignments and a capstone project that allow participants to apply what they have learned while preparing for entry-level careers in business development, capture, proposal support, market research, and federal contracting support.
