EEC Solutions provides the EEC TalentClear Service to the 19 FSS Airman and Family Readiness Center, which is responsible for providing support and resources to service members and their families. The EEC TalentClear Service offers human capital solutions, including front desk and resource center management, data input, and client scheduling, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
Front Desk and Resource Center Management:
Our personnel are responsible for receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors to the A&FRC. They determine the nature of the call or visit and direct clients to the appropriate program manager. Our personnel also schedule clients for A&FRC classes and appointments, and provide complete and clear information that addresses most routine or procedural issues.
Our personnel input data and resources in the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system and the Department of Defense Transition Assistant Program (DOD TAP) systems. This includes scheduling clients for Initial Counseling, Pre-Separation, Transition Assistance Program Goals, Plans and Success (TAP GPS), Executive Transition Assistance Program (ETAP), Veterans Administration Benefits Briefings I and II, the Education Track, the Technical and Skills Track, the Entrepreneur (Boots to Business) Track, and the Capstone Event. Our personnel also enter personnel forms, such as the EForm 2648, Service Member Pre-Separation/Transitioning Counseling and Career Readiness Standards for Service Members Separating, Retiring, Released from Active Duty.
Resource Center Maintenance:
Our personnel are responsible for reference library check-out procedures and ensuring items are tracked and returned by clients. They maintain the appearance of the Front Desk/Discovery Resource Center, aligning chairs, keyboards, materials, publications, and resources on a daily basis. In case of an elevated HPCON directing disinfecting equipment, our personnel will be responsible for disinfecting the Front Desk/Discovery Resource Center.
Data Accuracy and Referral:
Our personnel input and maintain accuracy of data and resources in the AFFIRST system. They input and keep current information on service organizations and make appropriate referrals to both on- and off-base agencies. Our personnel also determine the needs of clients who call or walk in with a variety of family issues and connect them with appropriate staff, watching for opportunities to raise awareness of A&FRC programs and services.
