Finance Management Program
(Skillbridge Program)
The EEC Solutions Finance Management SkillBridge Program is a 24-week, 960-hour supervised on-the-job training internship designed to provide transitioning service members with practical experience in federal government contracting accounting, financial management, and proposal pricing.
Participants will work closely with the EEC Solutions Finance Director and CEO while gaining hands-on exposure to accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, government billing, FAR Part 31, indirect rates, contract funding, forecasting, financial reporting, and federal proposal pricing.
The program combines mentoring, job shadowing, guided practice, and supervised real-world tasks to prepare participants for future careers in accounting, finance, pricing, and government contract financial management.

Module 10: Advanced Federal Proposal Pricing and Profitability Analysis
Module 11: Financial Forecasting, Audit Readiness, and Process Improvement
