(Skillbridge Program)
The Human Resources Assistant Training Program is a comprehensive 120-day professional development program designed to prepare Skillbridge participants for entry-level careers in Human Resources. Through a combination of structured instruction and hands-on training, participants gain practical experience in key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, training coordination, and employee relations.
The program blends 16 hours per week of guided learning with 24 hours of on-the-job training, allowing participants to apply HR concepts in real workplace scenarios while developing the professional, organizational, and communication skills required to support modern HR departments.
By the end of the program, participants are equipped with the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence needed to contribute effectively to HR operations and pursue future HR certifications or career opportunities.
