Announcing Our Acceptance into the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program

We’re proud to announce that EEC Solutions has been officially accepted as a Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program partner. This milestone reflects our commitment to supporting the transition of U.S. service members from active duty to meaningful civilian careers.


The DoD SkillBridge program connects service members in their final months of military service with civilian training and career opportunities. By participating in SkillBridge, transitioning service members can gain valuable real-world experience in civilian workplaces while still receiving their military pay and benefits.


Our participation in this program allows us to directly support those who have served by helping them translate their military leadership, discipline, and operational expertise into successful careers in the private sector.


Our Human Resources Management SkillBridge Program


As part of our SkillBridge partnership, EEC Solutions is launching a Human Resources Management Training Program designed specifically for transitioning service members interested in building a career in HR.


This program provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in core HR functions, preparing participants for professional roles in human resources and organizational leadership.


Program Highlights


1. Foundations of Human ResourcesParticipants learn the fundamentals of modern HR practices, including workforce planning, HR compliance, and organizational structure.


2. Talent Acquisition & RecruitingTraining includes sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview techniques, and recruitment technologies used by modern organizations.


3. Employee Relations & Workplace CultureService members gain experience supporting employee engagement, conflict resolution, and workplace policy development.


4. HR Technology & SystemsParticipants receive exposure to HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and HR analytics tools.


5. Professional Development & Career TransitionThe program also focuses on resume development, translating military experience to civilian roles, networking, and preparing for HR certifications and leadership positions.


Supporting the Military-to-Civilian Transition


Military service members bring exceptional leadership, teamwork, and mission-focused problem solving to the workforce. Our Human Resources Management SkillBridge program is designed to help them build on those strengths while developing specialized HR knowledge that organizations need.


Through mentorship, hands-on projects, and professional guidance, participants will leave the program prepared to pursue careers such as:


  • Human Resources Specialist

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • HR Generalist

  • Workforce Development Specialist
